Do NOT wear boots outside until you are happy with the fit. We are happy to exchange sizes, credit or refund - but ONLY if boots are in absolute new condition complete with all packaging. Any remedial work to bring boots back to new condition will be charged for. The foregoing does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
