Altberg desert boots have seen operational service for over
16 years in the Oman, Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan. They
have been tried and tested on expeditions to some of the
harshest environments on the planet.
The boots are lightweight, shock absorbing and have a micro
midsole combination that gives some resistance to heat
transfer from the ground. The MKII boot has a new upper design - is part lined with absorbant cambrelle and uses the more durable vibram sole.
Altberg boots have built up a great reputation during many
years of operational service - the Desert Microlite MKII is an
excellent example of this.
