"Yesterday I found about the
protective properties of your boots, I
went into a front wheel slide on a
sweeping right hander, I decided to
lift the bike rather than drop it - the
result; I ended up motorcrossing at
50mph - jumping a drainage gully,
hitting a roadside marker and a tree
stump with the left hand side of the
bike. Once I stopped I was astonished
to see the gear lever had been sheared
off, and there was timber stuck under
the skin of the left hand silencer,
bearing in mind that my foot sticks
out further than both the gear lever
and the silencer, your boots did a
fantastic job - I suffered nothing worse
than a slight stiffness in my left ankle,
and a bruise on the side of my foot
where the gear lever must have made
contact before shearing off!! Thankyou
again!"
