Specifically formulated from waxes and synthetic oils developed specifically for use on all modern water repellent leather - used on most makes of leather hiking, military, police boots and shoes.
The formulation of Leder-Gris wax oil paste will also give a longer shelf life after the PET screw top container has been opened.

Leder-Gris must be buffed vigorously onto the surface of the leather to drive it into the leather - See video here

FORMULATION
Leder-Gris Wax Oil Paste
Slightly higher synthetic and oils content which is absorbed into the leather without over softening it. The result extends the period of water repellency.
Leder-Gris paste also has a longer shelf life after opening and first use.
Leder-Gris Wax Oil Original
Higher oil content combined with waxes penetrates below the surface of the leather, especially when brushed vigorously after application with a ‘putting on’ brush.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Leder-Gris Wax Oil Paste
Brush onto the leather especially into the seams and areas where the foot flexes.
After application, brush lightly with a buffing brush to ensure stitching and flex areas are fully coated. Leave for half an hour for the Leder-Gris paste to naturally soak into the leather.
Leder-Gris Wax Oil Original
Apply with a ‘putting on’ brush and buff vigorously into the surface of the leather, pay special attention to putting Leder-Gris into seams and areas where the boot flexes.
• You can apply Leder-Gris while boot leather is slightly damp
• Always treat boots with Leder-Gris before storage
• Altberg recommend only Leder-Gris products for their boots
