Delivery & Returns

Wherever possible, try on boots at an Altberg retailer or at the Altberg Factory Shop, and get advice about boot type and potential usage. When trying boots on, always wear the same type of sock that you intend to use with the boots. Altberg recommend use of merino wool socks, which come in different thickness/weights, ask the advice of a specialist retailer.

If it is not possible to try on boots before buying, you should be aware that that there is an element of uncertainty in getting the right size. When you receive the boots try them on inside the house, on carpet. If you are unsure about the correct fit, do not wear them outside.

Remember, the retailer may offer advice, but the final choice of boot selection and sizing remains absolutely with the customer.
