In a tried & tested review by Paddy Maddison for the The Guardian, we're happy to write that Altberg's Malham Boot was placed as the 'Best leather walking boot'!

Paddy, who states he has walked 'thousands of miles in hundreds of boots', with formative years of being 'shoved into hiking boots and dragged up hills by outdoorsy parents' claims he knows a good pair! Hiking in Northumbria, he tested a range of mens walking boots and featured the best boots for the job in the article. Our Malham boot came up trumps.
Our unisex Malham boot is designed so very little 'walking in' is required. The toe is slightly sprung upward enhancing comfort and aiding balance on hills and uneven terrain.

Thanks Paddy for reviewing our boots!
